· explore basic foot and ankle anatomy, stretches, strengthening and balance training.
· Learn how to ease plantar fascitis, bunions, low arches, flat feet and hammertoes.
· Take home a routine to keep your feet balanced and energized.

Please come ten minutes early to set up and wear cozy clothes. You just need access to those feet! Please also bring a yoga mat and a blanket if you like extra padding.
